Tyla Leo is an experienced Litigation Lawyer. She is a Shareholder and Senior Associate at OSD who practices exclusively in personal injury law and compensation claims. Tyla represents clients from all over Queensland.

Tyla practices exclusively in personal injury litigation acting for plaintiffs. She is highly knowledgeable and has considerable experience advising and representing people for all injury claims: motor vehicle accident claims, work-cover claims, public liability claims, and superannuation total and permanent disability (TPD) insurance claims.

Tyla is a natural leader. She has a clear and concise approach in her communication. She will stand up to insurance companies on behalf of plaintiffs. She will fight fair and she will fight hard. Her practical, no-nonsense approach to litigation ensures efficiency in progressing injury claims, and serves our clients well.  She is personable yet will push for results with great energy and determination. Tyla works closely with Ivan Baxter in injury law, leading the compensation claims team. She is a team player and leader you can rely on. She is also highly competitive and likes her team to win.
