She also advises and represents people with total and superannuation permanent disability (TPD) insurance claims.
Tyla is a natural leader. She is a 'get things done' type of person. She takes responsibility and is known to be a 'pushy little thing' at times. Just what you want in your litigation lawyer! Tyla is a Senior Associate of the firm, is a highly valued member of the OSheaDyer team and clients love her. She has acquired substantial knowledge in litigation (injury) law since she started in this area back in 2018. She works closely with Ivan Baxter for our compensation claims clients and knows the laws and processes that apply to all types of Injury and Compensation Claims. Tyla is exceptionally professional, personable and competent.
Tyla is committed to providing quality affordable legal services and delivering excellent outcomes for her clients. She works closely with our Director Ivan Baxter leading our Litigation team with Injury and Compensation Claims.
