About Krystal Potrzeba

Experience

Krystal Potrzeba is a Wills and Estates Lawyer with 15 years experience as a lawyer in Townsville. Krystal was admitted in January 2008 and has practised in estate planning, wills and estate administration, commercial and property law. She now practices exclusively in Wills and Estate law. Krystal has prepared many Wills over the years and advised many people about estate planning. She has also assisted people with straightforward and complex estate matters.

Leadership

Krystal is a Senior Associate at OSheaDyer and oversees the Wills & Estates department. She is highly regarded by the OSheaDyer team and her clients. Her early experience in commercial law and conveyancing is beneficial to clients when planning and administering estate matters.

Vision

Krystal has a vision that everyone in Townsville, North Queensland has a Will and an Enduring Power of Attorney. They are vital documents! Everyone should have them and they should be prepared by an experienced lawyer.  She is also committed to reasonable fees and ensuring that her clients understand the importance of having a Will, an Enduring Power of Attorney and a Superannuation Binding Death Benefit Nomination.

Krystal is quick to look at your situation and advise on exactly what you need to have in place to ensure everything transitions smoothly for your family when you pass. She also gives people practical and sensitive advice on what needs to occur when a family member passes.

Relationships

Krystal has strengths that include an excellent ability to listen, an excellent attention to detail and a natural empathy for people who are in difficult situations. She is kind, understanding of the issues that people face in life and has a genuine desire to help people.

Krystal enjoys hitching a ride on a sailboat with a glass of wine and cheese platter, snorkelling at a coral cave on the reef and reading travel guidebooks. She enjoys picnics and croissants with her husband, concerts and bands, and has an unhealthy obsession with watching The Bachelor. Please don’t hold that against her!
