Emma Donald is an experienced Family Lawyer who has been practising exclusively in Family Law since 2015. Emma has substantial experience representing people with complex domestic abuse, parenting and property matters. Emma assists and represents people with all types of family law situations including parenting matters, complex property matters, spousal maintenance, child support, child safety and domestic violence. Emma has a special interest in domestic abuse cases. Emma is collaboratively trained, attends mediations with her clients on a regular basis, and is skilled in mediation, negotiation and advocacy. She is an excellent advocate who is dedicated to obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients. She appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia on a regular basis.
