Courtney Aitken is an experienced and sought after family lawyer. She is a Senior Associate at OSD and has practiced exclusively in family law since 2014. Courtney represents clients with all types of family law matters, including complex parenting and property settlements, child support, spousal maintenance and domestic violence matters. Different circumstances require different approaches – some benefit from negotiating and formalising an agreement, including via Mediation. Other circumstances may require Court proceedings. Courtney has extensive experience in both. She appears regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
